The Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) BC is seeking an organized and client focused Program Assistant, to join a team of five delivering specialized employment services to residents of the Central and Upper Fraser Valley.Bridging the Gap(BtG)is an Employment program for women who have experienced domestic violence. Bridging the Gap is an Employment program for women who have experienced domestic violence. The program will prepare them for the world of work in a safe, supportive and caring environment.Under the direction of the Program Director, the Facilitator will deliver group workshops focused on issues of abuse, life and employability skills, and job search skills. They will providing ongoing coaching, conducts assessments with the goal of assisting participants to move towards employment or further education. Find out more here. Closing date: April 13, 2021
